- April 25, 1976 under the leadership of Pastor David Ricker, Grace Baptist Church met in the Ricker's basement for their first service.
- July28, 1976 Grace Baptist Church merged with Open Door Baptist Church, which had property on North Kingshighway in St. Charles.
- March 20, 1977 the Church voted to purchase its present location on Ehlmann Road. Two manufactured buildings were purchased and placed on the location.
- November 19, 1978 William "Bill" Butcher became Pastor of Grace Baptist Church. He and his wife Faye came to St. Charles from Titusville, Florida.
- May 6, 1998 the church voted Pastor Kevin Kolb to serve as Co-Pastor along side of Pastor Butcher.
- December 6, 1998 Pastor Butcher retired and Pastor Kolb continued to serve as Pastor of Grace Baptist Church.

We are located on Ehlmann Rd. in Saint Charles County just north of Interstate 70.
From Interstate 70, take exit 225 north to Harry S. Truman Blvd. Continue 1 mile on Harry S. Truman Blvd. and turn left on Ehlmann Rd. Continue .6 miles on Ehlmann Rd. Grace Baptist Church will be on your left.
From Highway 370, take exit 2 South to Harry S. Truman Blvd. Continue 1.1 mile on Harry S. Truman Blvd. and turn right on Ehlmann Rd. Continue .6 miles on Ehlmann Rd. Grace Baptist Church will be on your left.
